If you have previously shopped with Sunshine, you have a customer number.
Your customer number is on the back of the 'yellow card' you received and is
your access key to shopping on-line (this is a six-digit number and it also
appears on your receipts). All of your purchases are placed and recorded
using your customer number.
If you do not have your customer number or
password or are unable to log in, please contact Customer Service at 800-354-7724, (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) to activate
your on-line account.
If you are a new registrant with your school, you
may sign up for a new customer number; creating an additional number if you
already have one could cause orders to be incorrect. There is only one
customer number assigned to your family no matter how many are enrolled in
the same school. Please allow our friendly Customer Service associates to
be of service to you.
